Responsibilities
- Engage in a comprehensive onboarding program that extends far beyond licensing classes, learning practical scripts, systems, and strategies built specifically around Statesville, Iredell County, and the surrounding communities.
- Partner with a committed production coach who keeps you focused on income-generating activities, providing intentional, in-person accountability designed to produce measurable results in our local market.
- Apply what you learn with assistance from a transaction coordinator, advanced CRM and technology, professional marketing resources, and ongoing coaching, all tailored to the real estate landscape in Statesville and Iredell County.
- Leverage these valuable tools immediately, including a transaction coordinator, advanced CRM and technology, professional marketing resources, and ongoing coaching, all built around the way real estate actually works in Statesville and Iredell County.
Requirements
- Hold a North Carolina real estate license or be actively working toward one.
- Live in or near the Statesville area and want to build your business here, not somewhere else.
- Be driven, open to coaching, and eager to follow a proven system.
- Desire to be part of a collaborative, supportive team rather than just another name on a list.
- Prioritize growth and be dedicated to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework.
- Based in or planning to work the Statesville, Mooresville, Lake Norman, or Iredell County market.
- Willingness to follow a structured system and be coached.
- Commitment to showing up and doing the work.
