Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Rise Property Group | power by PLACE
  • Launch and execute Rise Property Group | power by PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes (2-3 Monthly)
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers (1-2 Monthly)
  • Track tasks and activities in team Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments (3-4 monthly)
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
