Real Estate Agent - More Leads and Better Coaching
Core Responsibilities
- Generate business and work team-based leads when available
- Convert inquiries through prompt response, qualification, and persistent follow-up
- Use MoxiWorks to manage pipeline stages, tasks, notes, and conversion activity
- Participate in live training, coaching, roleplay, and business planning
- Use Everest marketing and listing resources to support client acquisition and service
- Represent buyers and sellers through consultation, negotiation, contract, and closing

Commission-based | $90,000 - $250,000+ annually
