Real Estate Agent – Leads Provided & High Income

Summary

Empower Homes is looking for full-time, driven salespeople to join our real estate team in Greenville, SC. You'll get warm leads provided by the team, so you can spend your time converting and closing instead of cold prospecting alone. This is a commission-based role built for go-getters who want to control their income, with hands-on coaching and support from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow your own client base through your network, referrals, and team-provided leads.
• Convert warm leads into client relationships and closed transactions.
• Guide buyer and seller clients through the full transaction, from contract to close.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, script practice, and skill-building sessions.
• Track activity, pipeline, and production in Brivity Technology.
• Collaborate with the team toward shared production goals.
• Represent Empower Homes' standard of service in every client interaction.

Qualifications

We're looking for driven, full-time salespeople — a real estate license is helpful but not required to apply. This role is a strong fit for licensed agents ready for more leads, coaching, and support than their current brokerage offers, or for proven performers from other sales backgrounds ready to break into real estate.

• 1-2 years of 100% commission sales experience, or 1 year of real estate experience with 8-12 closed deals, preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently inside a team structure.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Team player committed to shared goals.
