Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while growing your production and business.
What you will do:
- Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression
- Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction
- Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
- Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence
- Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect your clients and win deals
- Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized and consistent
- Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings
- Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business
- Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually improve
Experience
