Real Estate Agent (Hampton, VA)

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Launch program with 2 pending sales.
• Execute lead generation systems daily.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly remote activities 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Qualifications

• You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
• You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones.
• Overcoming objections comes naturally.
• You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
• You are a licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are learning based, growth-minded.
• You are organized.
• You are willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
• You have excellent time management skills.
