Responsibilities

• Guide clients through every stage of the buying or selling process with care, confidence, and professionalism.
• Provide market knowledge and insight—helping clients understand the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Host open houses, schedule showings, and manage transactions with the support of our in-house operations team.
• Sharpen your negotiation skills to protect your clients’ interests and deliver outstanding results.
• Nurture your network and build your pipeline through meaningful relationships and consistent follow-up.
• Stay informed and ahead of the curve, keeping up with market shifts, contract updates, and industry changes.

Qualifications

• A current real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington.
• A background in sales, client service, or business development—real estate experience is great, but drive and people skills matter most.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building trust and delivering results.
• A self-starter mindset, paired with the desire for structure, mentorship, and consistent growth.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Confidence with technology—comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and online marketing platforms.
