Real Estate Agent – Growth-Focused | Leads + Systems + Coaching

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advises buyers, secures signed agreements, and helps them find suitable homes
• Negotiates offers for both sellers and buyers
• Maintains and updates tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Holds two open houses each month
• Turns prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engages in weekly script practice as per team standards
• Participates in team activities according to team standards
• Attends weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advises sellers, secures listings, and markets their homes
• Showcases expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
• Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions
• Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at handling objections
• Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset
• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow
• Well-organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Excellent at managing time
