Real Estate Agent - Buyers Agent (entry level)
Responsibilities
- Consult with home buyers, educate them to prepare a home search strategy
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Show you buyer agent informed about the search process and action items
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
- Personable, optimistic, and eager to learn
- Dependable car and a valid driver's license
- Highly available and adaptable to meet Buyer schedules
- A plus = success in customer service or a related real estate field
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achievement
- Must hold a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before client interactions (inquire about our FREE real estate school!)
- Must live within a 40-mile radius of Wilmington, zip code 19803
- High school diploma or equivalent required
