Responsibilities

• We’ll provide the structure, coaching, systems, support, and strategy — but success requires consistent execution.
• You Will:
• Prospect daily using our scripts + systems
• Attend coaching and team trainings
• PRACTICE conversations weekly
• HOST open houses monthly
• TRACK activity and follow the plan
• WORK with buyers and sellers to secure agreements and close transactions
• COLLABORATE with the team and STAY accountable to your goals

Qualifications

• You have strong communication skills
• You’re coachable and competitive
• You’re disciplined enough to do the work even when it’s uncomfortable
• You’re tired of inconsistent paychecks
• You want someone to tell you exactly what to do to make money — and hold you accountable to doing it
