Weichert® is seeking experienced agents to join their team. With the support of a nationally recognized brand and innovative tools, agents will have the freedom to run their business their way.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and integrity
• Leverage our exclusive 4-Day Open House system, market insights, and lead generation strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and client care
• Use the myWeichert® CRM and marketing platform to manage your pipeline and stay in touch
• Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations

Requirements

• A valid real estate license
• A proven track record of success in residential real estate (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The drive to operate independently while embracing team collaboration
• A passion for learning, growing, and delivering exceptional client experiences

Agents must be able to operate independently and collaborate effectively within a team setting. They should also be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Pay

This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity. Competitive splits are offered.

Schedule

Agents are expected to work independently but may collaborate with the team as needed.
