Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and integrity
- Leverage our exclusive 4-Day Open House system, market insights, and lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and client care
- Use the myWeichert® CRM and marketing platform to manage your pipeline and stay in touch
- Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations
Requirements
- A valid real estate license
- A proven track record of success in residential real estate (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The drive to operate independently while embracing team collaboration
- A passion for learning, growing, and delivering exceptional client experiences
