About the role

Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Positions available include professional real estate agents, experienced real estate salespersons, and broker-salespersons.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain or have recently completed pre-license requirements for a real estate sales license.
  • Build a strong, scalable real estate business and be a top earner in the industry using Weichert's lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize Weichert's advanced myWeichert leading-edge technology web platform, marketing expertise, extensive support, and award-winning training to provide the best sales experience for customers.
  • Diversify sources of new business through Weichert's innovative tools and high-touch coaching based on real-world experience.
  • Work in a flexible, fast-paced environment, multitasking between prospecting calls, working open houses, and following up with company-generated leads.
  • Use social media networking tools like LinkedIn and Facebook, and proficiently use the myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform.
  • Participate in free training to earn targeted income via commissions.
  • Have a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Be flexible in meeting with customers based on their convenience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the latest technology and company marketing materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment and have a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficient with social media networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Willingness to learn the latest technology using Weichert's myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform.
  • Desire to take advantage of all the free training to earn targeted income via commissions.
  • Ability to make prospecting calls, work open houses, and follow-up with company-generated leads.
  • Ability to learn scripts and presentations and use the given company marketing materials to build more business.
