Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch program
- Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
- Conduct three open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings and Partner Calls
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License Required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first approach
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Maintained a positive and upbeat demeanor
- Comfortable spending extensive time driving
- Skilled at assessing client preferences and matching them with suitable properties
- Open to learning and receptive to coaching
- Ambitious with a demonstrated track record of success
- Well-organized and detail-focused
- Eager to learn and apply scripts and communication techniques
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
