Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers and sellers to convert listing and sale opportunities
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities with the CRM software provided
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in team activities per team standards to ensure success

Qualifications

• Looking for an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
• A candidate who enjoys building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions
• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional (or actively working to obtain license)
• 6+ months of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning-based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
