Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE LaunchExecute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing‑related services
Qualifications
- Licensed Florida real estate professional
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to client needs, and identifying solutions
- Strong prospecting and lead‑generation skills
- Natural ability to overcome objections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a learning‑based, growth‑minded attitude
- Organized and excellent time‑management skills
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
