Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Advise and consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of both sellers and buyers.
- Consistently record and manage tasks and activities within PLACE Technology.
- Host a minimum of two open houses per month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments.
- Engage in weekly script practice in alignment with team standards.
- Participate in team meetings, events, and initiatives as outlined by team standards.
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, ongoing trainings, and the Partner Call.
- Consult with sellers, secure listing agreements, and oversee the marketing of their homes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging recommendations, and all listing-related services.

- Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate sales experience
