Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients to create long-term opportunities
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations, understand client needs, and present suitable properties
- Host open houses to showcase team listings
- Manage the transaction process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth experience
- Arrange and attend open houses to showcase listings
- Attract new clients and cultivate repeat and referral business
- Use local market knowledge to confidently answer questions about homes, pricing, market conditions, and neighborhoods
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service
- Prior sales experience preferred (real estate experience a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
