• Join script practice and team training sessions that build confidence, improve conversion, and keep you performing at your best.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 sessions, group training, and Partner Calls designed to help you move from learning to earning — fast.

Qualifications

• An intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Overcoming objections comes naturally.
• A strong communicator and committed to service.
• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning based, growth-minded.
• Organized.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.

Pay

$72,500 - $108,500 USD Yearly
