- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service, or willing to learn these things
- You are a Licensed Real Estate Professional
- You have some real estate sales experience
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are learning based, growth-minded
