Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch!
- Take advantage of PLACE Powered Lead Generation Opportunities.
- Consult with buyers, helping to identify homes to purchase.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology infused CRM.
- Conduct Open Houses, monthly.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
- Participate in weekly Wednesday Role-Play practice, per team standards.
- Participate in weekly Tactical Tuesday, and other activities, per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 or Group coaching, weekly trainings, and the All Partner Calls.
- Consult with sellers, to identify and showcase powerful marketing strategies to sell properties.
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
Requirements
- Licensed real estate professional.
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience, preferred.
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, organized, coachable, teachable, and trainable.
- Learning-based, growth-minded.
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
- Excellent time management skills.
