Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads consistently.
- Prospect daily, follow up with leads in our CRM, and convert conversations into appointments.
- Conduct buyer consultations and secure signed agreements.
- Negotiate purchase and sale contracts.
- Manage transactions from contract to close.
- Host open houses and market listings.
- Participate in team training and weekly coaching.
- Use PLACE technology to stay organized and track activity.
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas real estate license (or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a high-performance sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline from prospecting through close.
- Strong verbal communication skills — able to hold a real conversation, handle objections, and build trust quickly.
- Comfortable learning and using scripts and sales dialogues as a foundation (not a crutch).
- Proficient or willing to learn CRM and transaction management platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Full-time availability — all Limbird agents are committed professionals, not part-timers.
