Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads consistently.
  • Prospect daily, follow up with leads in our CRM, and convert conversations into appointments.
  • Conduct buyer consultations and secure signed agreements.
  • Negotiate purchase and sale contracts.
  • Manage transactions from contract to close.
  • Host open houses and market listings.
  • Participate in team training and weekly coaching.
  • Use PLACE technology to stay organized and track activity.

Qualifications

  • Active Arkansas real estate license (or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a high-performance sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Strong verbal communication skills — able to hold a real conversation, handle objections, and build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable learning and using scripts and sales dialogues as a foundation (not a crutch).
  • Proficient or willing to learn CRM and transaction management platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Full-time availability — all Limbird agents are committed professionals, not part-timers.
