Job Summary
KBT Realty Company is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join their energetic and cooperative team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a nurturing environment, guiding clients through their unique real estate experiences.
Responsibilities
Embrace the power of our lead generation systems and execute them with enthusiasm on a weekly basis. Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into valuable appointments. Guide buyers through the home buying process, converting them into signed buyer agreements and helping them find their dream homes. Consult with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes. Negotiate offers, advocating for the best interests of both sellers and buyers. Stay organized and on top of tasks and activities using our cutting-edge technology. Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to engage potential buyers and showcase properties.
Qualifications
Prospecting and lead generation are strengths. Overcoming objections is natural. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are key. A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset are essential. Excellent organization and time management skills are required. A licensed real estate professional with industry knowledge and experience is needed. A team player with strong collaboration and camaraderie skills. Ready to learn and improve, embracing new scripts and dialogues to enhance skills.
