About the Role

KBT Realty Company is seeking a motivated and committed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic and collaborative team. At KBT Realty, you’ll flourish in a supportive environment, assisting clients through their individual real estate journeys. Our conveniently situated office serves a diverse clientele, including first-time buyers and seasoned investors.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation systems on a weekly basis, turning prospecting efforts into valuable appointments.
• Guide buyers through the home buying process, converting them into signed buyer agreements and helping them find their dream homes.
• Consult with sellers to secure listings, utilizing expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and marketing.
• Negotiate offers, advocating for the best interests of both sellers and buyers.
• Stay organized using cutting-edge technology to manage tasks and activities.
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to engage potential buyers and showcase properties.
• Actively participate in team activities, adhering to high standards of collaboration and teamwork.
• Commit to ongoing growth and development by attending weekly trainings and engaging in Partner Calls.

Requirements

• Licensed real estate professional with industry knowledge and experience.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset, eager to learn new scripts and dialogues.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Pay

$50,000 - $200,000 USD yearly (commission-based position).
