KBT Realty Company is looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Agent to become a vital part of our energetic and cooperative team. Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
• Naturally skilled at overcoming objections
• Strong communicator and committed to service
• Licensed real estate professional
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

Pay

$80,000 - $150,000 USD yearly (commission-based position).
