Responsibilities
- Prospect for and generate new buyer and seller leads
- Qualify clients, understand their needs, and provide expert market guidance
- Show properties, host open houses, and market listings effectively
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients
- Manage transactions from contract to close using our AI-powered tools
- Ensure full compliance with Arizona real estate laws, ethics, and ARMLS rules
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
