Responsibilities
- Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Lebanon and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prowess in negotiating and closing deals.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
