Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the in-depth PLACE Launch training program aimed at fast-tracking your real estate career
- Generate consistent weekly leads by leveraging proven PLACE systems
- Work closely with buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently
- Host at least 2 open houses per month to present properties to potential buyers
- Keep accurate records of all activities and track your sales pipeline using PLACE Technology
- Allocate weekly time for personalized coaching, training workshops, and practicing scripts
- Participate actively in team gatherings and help nurture a supportive and positive team environment
- Grow your real estate business by maintaining steady production and continuously developing your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Possession of a current Oregon Broker real estate license (mandatory)
- Minimum of one year experience in real estate (desired)
- Innate confidence in both communication and negotiation
- Driven by a competitive mindset and eagerness for professional development
- Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
- Commitment to adhering to scripts, maintaining accountability, and continuous learning
