Responsibilities

  • Aid clients in buying and selling properties by offering expert advice throughout the transaction process.
  • Showcase listings to potential buyers and renters through property showings and open houses.
  • Create and nurture a robust network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
  • Present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in accordance with local real estate laws and company policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Vancouver area.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to streamline the transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Washington or Oregon (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property values in Vancouver, WA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
