Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advisors buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team guidelines
- Take part in team activities as per team standards
- Dedicate to monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Calls
- Advises sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
