Responsibilities
- Complete graduation requirements from PLACE Launch
- Regularly use PLACE lead generation systems to call prospective buyers
- Analyze buyer preferences and requirements and sign buyer agreements
- Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers and negotiate offers
- Record and track tasks and activities on PLACE Technology
- Host eight open houses per month
- Utilize lead generation systems to book appointments
- Practice sales scripting daily following team standards
- Participate in team activities as directed
- Attend mandatory weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and other aspects of listings
- Promote and market homes to buyers
