Requirements

• A current real estate license in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Maryland (or willingness to obtain one).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Dependable transportation for attending appointments and showing properties.
• A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
