About the role

The Administrative Specialist will support the sales team in achieving greater levels of success and will grow their own skills while developing into supportive leaders within the team's structure.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Managing client communications and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with marketing materials and presentations
  • Handling financial records and reports
  • Supporting the team in event planning and coordination

Requirements

  • Fast-paced, growth-oriented, and mission-focused attitude
  • Experience in real estate is requested, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
