We are looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to build a career in acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions and developing expertise in identifying investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sources potential investment properties
• Connects with homeowners
• Unearths investment opportunities through prospecting, follow-up, and meaningful conversations
• Works alongside experienced acquisitions professionals to learn property analysis, negotiation strategies, offer preparation, and the processes that help move opportunities from the first conversation through closing
• Builds consistent activity, strengthens communication skills, and develops the ability to identify value where others may overlook it
• Continues building confidence while learning how successful acquisitions specialists generate opportunities and maintain productive pipelines

Requirements

• Proactive and driven individual with a passion for real estate acquisitions
• Experience in outbound lead generation and relationship building
• Ability to consistently engage in daily activity and follow up effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for identifying and pursuing investment opportunities

Qualifications

• Real estate background or equivalent experience
• Experience in real estate acquisitions or similar field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
