About the role

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within the acquisitions side of the real estate industry while earning rewarding commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities, analyzing properties, understanding investment metrics
• Creating value through consistent prospecting and relationship building
• Sourcing potential opportunities through outbound lead generation, property research, and direct communication with homeowners
• Uncovering off-market opportunities, evaluating investment potential, and understanding the factors that influence acquisition decisions in changing market conditions
• Reviewing property data, assessing pricing, analyzing margins, and determining whether an opportunity aligns with established acquisition criteria
• Strengthening communication and negotiation skills while moving opportunities from the initial conversation through contract and closing

Requirements

• Experience in real estate acquisitions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent
