Reactor Operator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of energy production reactors ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Cook up and supervise the activities of reactor operators and maintenance staff.
• Maintain reactor operations by adjusting controls to regulate power levels and energy production.
• Put down operational procedures including emergency or abnormal operational protocols.
• Participate in the development of operation plans and ensure adherence to all operational schedules and deadlines.
• Inspect and maintain reactor equipment and systems regularly.
• Prepare and review operational reports and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
