About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated React Developer with experience building AI-powered chatbot applications and leveraging GitHub Copilot to accelerate software development. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering expertise, hands-on experience integrating conversational AI solutions, and a passion for modern AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Build and enhance AI-powered chatbot and conversational interfaces.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with backend APIs, AI services, and enterprise platforms.
  • Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, and backend developers.
  • Develop reusable UI components and implement best practices for accessibility and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, QA, and production environments.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • React.js
    • JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
    • HTML5 / CSS3
    • Redux / Redux Toolkit
  • Experience building chatbot or conversational AI applications.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted software development.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, or other LLM platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and chatbot design patterns.
  • Experience with Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agentic AI concepts.
  • Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domains.
  • GitHub Copilot Certification.
  • Experience developing AI copilots, virtual assistants, or customer support bots.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and Module Federation.
