React Developer (US)

Experience: 2–6 years Locations: New York City, Austin, San Francisco, Chicago Salary: $95,000–$185,000 per year Job Description We are looking for a talented React Developer to join our engineering team and build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript and enjoys developing clean, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript and TypeScript code.Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.Identify and resolve UI, performance, and application issues.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.Follow modern frontend development standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.Understanding of frontend testing and debugging practices.Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js or other React-based frameworks.Familiarity with state-management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based application environments.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
