Job Description
Onsite : Jersey City, NJ
- 8+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Technologies: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Lifecycle methods, Context API). State Management: Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
- Build Tools: Proficiency with modern build tools and bundlers, including Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
- Version Control: Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
- Architecture & Development: Design and develop complex, modular, and reusable React components and front-end architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, responsive, and accessible applications.
- Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers (RESTful APIs/GraphQL), and product managers to define requirements.
- Code Quality: Enforce coding standards through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and documentation.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
Pay & Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 to $130,000.
