About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team at E-Solutions. This role is based in Mountain View, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence four days a week. The React Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user experiences, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with React, Redux, and related libraries for state management.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement user interface components using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional, responsive web applications.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across different browsers and devices.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.
