About the role
The Office Manager position is responsible for performing clerical and records management duties for the REACH program, adhering strictly to federal, state, and local requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains client medical records and personnel files to meet Virginia rules and regulations as well as ESUCP policies.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate filing of all completed forms and documents.
- Produces accurate and timely minutes of daily triage calls, team meetings, quarterly Advisory Council meetings, and other meetings as needed.
- Enters data regarding service delivery, client demographics, staff administrative time, etc., in multiple electronic databases and programs.
- Maintains inventory of needed supplies for offices.
- Schedules maintenance of the physical locations according to rules and regulations.
- Maintains employee training compliance and coordinates the provision of necessary training with leaders.
- Provides administrative support to REACH leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree and five years’ related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and two years’ related experience required.
- Must have current certification from approved entity for CPR and First Aid, as approved by the agency and State regulations.
- Proficiency in computer word processing and use of data management programs especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current satisfactory completion of therapeutic interventions training – either Mindset or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) approved curricula (can be completed upon hire).

$48,000 for this full-time, exempt position.
