Re-Entry Services Coordinator
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for: About the role (maybe "The Role:"), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe "Qualifications"), Physical Requirements (maybe part of Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay (Compensation), maybe Schedule (Full Time: 35-40 Hours weekly). Also maybe "Location" etc. But we should not create sections for things like "Location" unless we have a heading for it; but we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short
for location, supervisor, etc. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, supervisor, full-time hours, maybe "Position Available: 1". Those are minor metadata; we can put them in a
after the intro. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions (Cover Letter and Resume required). Actually "Application Requirements A Cover Letter and Resume are required with your application." That's application instruction; we should remove it. Also remove "Occasional travel to other counties when needed to support participants and community partners." That's part of responsibilities; keep. "Other Duties as assigned" keep? It's generic but maybe keep as part of responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities list, qualifications list, physical requirements, compensation, benefits, schedule (full-time hours). Also maybe "Hiring Bonus" details. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities, qualifications, benefits should be lists. Physical requirements maybe also list? It's a list of items; we can treat as list.
We need to use
for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: "$22-$24 per hour $2000 Hiring Bonus Available". Also schedule: "Full Time: Full-Time (35-40 Hours weekly)". Benefits: list. We need to decide section headings: About the role (maybe from "The Role:" paragraph). Responsibilities. Qualifications (maybe combine Qualifications and Physical Requirements? Could separate but we have both). Benefits. Pay. Schedule. Could also have "Requirements" but we have Qualifications; maybe we treat Qualifications as Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to pick appropriate ones. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe also Skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could also have Requirements (maybe same as Qualifications). But we should not create thin sections. Let's map: - About the role: The paragraph describing role: "The Re-entry Services Coordinator works with individuals who are transitioning from incarceration to the community or are being supervised in the community by the Vermont Department of Corrections. The role of the Re-Entry Service Coordinator is to provide community based supports that are designed to promote the acquisition of life skills and access to resources which will support inclusion in the community and lead to permanent housing." - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list of qualifications (ability to work within client centered framework, compassionate understanding, excellent communication, writing, computer skills, ability to structure time, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance, ability to lift 50 pounds, willingness to self-reflect, risk and discomfort tolerance, continued employment contingent upon PREA certification and AHS background check, lived experience considered asset). Also maybe "Skills" could be separate but we can include under Qualifications. - Physical Requirements: could be part of Qualifications or separate; but we have a detailed list. Could treat as "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings; we could fold into Qualifications as a sublist? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could add a
for "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed list; instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list; we could still use other headings? It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings; but we could also use other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they want us to use those specific headings when appropriate. It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe, we can map physical requirements under Qualifications or Requirements. Since we have a "Requirements" heading allowed, we could put physical requirements under Requirements. But we also have Qualifications. Might be overlapping. Perhaps we put "Requirements" for mandatory items (driver's license, lift 50 lbs, PREA cert, background check) and "Qualifications" for skills/competencies. But we have limited time. Simplify: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Put physical requirements inside Qualifications as a sublist. We also need to include location, supervisor, position available, etc. Could put in a short
after the intro. We must not include application instructions (Cover Letter and Resume). Remove EEO statement. Remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We need to ensure no extra boilerplate. Also ensure we didn't include the EEO statement. We removed it. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Company description? We omitted "The Company: Pathways Vermont provides community-based mental health services..." That's substantive. Should we include? It's about the company. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But we don't have a heading for company; we could include a short paragraph after the role description. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." The company description is not minor metadata; it's substantive. We should preserve it. Where to put? Could be a
before About the role or as part of About the role. Let's add a
