Responsibilities

• Mentor, support, and evaluate HSAs, ensuring they achieve clinical, service, and operating objectives while adhering to contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Liaise with corporate functions and external community partners to ensure program success, coordinate and attend Quality Assurance meetings, and participate in the accreditation/compliance process.
• Oversee the referral process, drug formulary compliance, and the off-site referral process, and participate in the development of the annual operating plan.
• Manage key operating metrics, including staffing/schedules/payroll, labor, supply, pharmacy, and staff retention, and provide regular written communications on key performance indicators, statistics, and important developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations management required, correctional health experience preferred.
• Multi-site management experience required.

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders are essential.
