RCT Senior Technologist
without a heading, as the intro already has job description. The job description already had a paragraph at start: "Job Description The Radiological Control Department is looking for a highly performing individual..." That's the intro. Then we have Responsibilities, Qualifications, etc. The "About Us" could be placed after Qualifications as a section maybe "About the company". But not in allowed headings list; but we could still use h3 for any section heading; the examples are not exhaustive. It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use other headings as well, but better to stick to those. Could treat "About Us" as "About the role"? Not perfect. Maybe we can incorporate that info into a
after Qualifications without a heading. That would preserve info. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove lines about MSTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also remove substance abuse policy details? Those are part of qualifications? Actually they are part of qualifications/requirements: Must be fitted for respiratory protection, must be able to participate in National Response Asset Deployment, may be required to participate in HRP, must be able to qualify within 6 months to DOE RCT standardized core training, must be self-motivated, strong communication skills, basic knowledge of radiation protection, primary work location Nevada National Security Site, work schedule, pre-placement physical, drug screen, substance abuse policy, valid driver's license, background investigation, security clearance requirements, etc. Those are all qualifications/requirements. So we should include them under Qualifications (or Requirements). The posting already has a Qualifications section with associate degree etc. Then later paragraphs contain many more requirements. We should combine them into Qualifications section (or maybe Requirements). Since we have Qualifications heading already, we can put all qualification-related content under that heading as a list (ul) or paragraphs. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the qualifications into a list.
Similarly responsibilities list: we have a list of responsibilities after "Key Responsibilities". We'll turn that into ul.
Benefits: list.
Pay: we have salary range; we can put as
. Schedule: we have work schedule details; put as
. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We also have an introductory paragraph: "Job Description The Radiological Control Department is looking for a highly performing individual with attention to detail to perform RCT duties as a Senior Technologist." That's substantive. Should we include it? Probably yes as abefore sections. Not a heading. We'll add a
with that sentence. Also there is "About Us" paragraph describing MSTS. That is also substantive. Should we include? Could add as another
after Schedule maybe. But we might consider it as "About the company". Not in list but we can include as a
without heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another paragraph is fine. We'll include it as a
after Schedule. Let's include:
The Radiological Control Department is looking for a highly performing individual with attention to detail to perform RCT duties as a Senior Technologist.
Then sections. After Schedule, add:Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Sites (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), a semi-autonomous agency within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The NNSS is an enterprise of special-purpose, multi-mission, high-hazard experimentation facilities delivering technical and service solutions in partnership with the National Laboratories.
