- Medicaid experience
- Hospital or physician Revenue Cycle experience
- For ISC: Current Indiana State Navigator's license
- At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle
- Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
- Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
- Ability to take initiative and meet objectives

About the Role
Onsite at Riley Hospital. This position is responsible for delivering customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. The role requires screening un-insured and under-insured patients for federally funded programs and adhering to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. Incumbents are assigned higher complexity tasks and are held to higher productivity and quality standards than RCS-Associates.
