Requirements

• Customer service
• Medicaid experience
• Registration/hospital experience
• For ISC: Current Indiana State Navigator's license
• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
• Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
• The ability to take initiative and meet objectives

Benefits

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with the option of 8a-4:30p or 9a-5:30p.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
