Senior Associate, Clinical Operations
About the role
We are seeking a highly capable operator to help scale Daymark’s care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role sits at the center of how Daymark operates, translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining quantitative analysis with operational problem-solving and is excited to take on increasing ownership over time.

- Operational priorities and workflows are clearer, more reliable, and easier for teams to execute
- Leadership has better visibility into operational performance and emerging issues
- Cross-functional initiatives move faster and with fewer operational gaps
- Operational problems are identified earlier and addressed more proactively
- You are trusted across teams as a strong operator who can independently drive work forward
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, consulting, business operations, analytics, or related environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and support operational decision-making
- Experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives is a plus
- Startup, healthcare, or value-based care experience is a plus
- Experience working with clinicians, operators, or technical teams is a plus

Additional Information
This role is remote within the Northeast US, with a strong preference for candidates based in Boston, MA, New York, NY, or Providence, RI. Anticipated compensation for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
