About the role

The RCM Client Implementations Leader will be responsible for leading the implementation of revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for clients. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of RCM solutions for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or RCM implementation
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing RCM solutions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in healthcare terminology and RCM concepts
  • Experience with healthcare billing and coding standards
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and software
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
