RCFE Administrator (LVN)

We are hiring an RCFE Administrator (LVN preferred) to oversee the facility and serve as Wellness Director, ensuring the clinical health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and policies to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
• Serve as Wellness Director, providing clinical oversight and ensuring the health needs of residents are met.
• Create an environment that engages and motivates staff to deliver their best performance while maintaining high standards of care.

Requirements

• Current RCFE Administrator Certificate (required).
• Current, active California LVN License (strongly preferred, but not required).
• 2–4 years of previous experience in a long-term care environment as Administrator, Assistant Administrator, or Wellness Director.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college (preferred).
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, California Title 22 regulations, and guidelines pertaining to assisted living/RCFE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a union environment.
• Documented successful track record with State and Federal regulations, particularly past Department of Health Services survey results.
• Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration.

Pay

$80,000–$125,000 per year.
