RCFE Administrator

We are seeking a RCFE Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100k-$130k per year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Create an environment that engages and motivates staff to provide the highest level of care.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain a positive culture focused on a shared vision, trust, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ previous experience in long term care environment as Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Qualifications

• Experience in union environments.
• Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results.
• Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration.
